Help a child like Marci to find freedom this Christmas.
Every £1 you give will be doubled
- up to £12,000.
No child should spend their childhood isolated indoors, unable to go to school or play with friends. Yet for many children with disabilities in rural Kenya, this is their daily reality.
Until recently eight-year-old Marci could only shuffle on the floor or be carried everywhere by her mum.
Thanks to supporters like you, our partner, the Kibwezi Disabled Persons’ Organisation (KDPO), found Marci. Now she has a robust wheelchair, new confidence, and the joy of being included.
“I feel so happy,” she told us. “Now I can move around outside. I have friends!”
This Christmas, your gift will be doubled by one of our generous supporters to help more children like Marci receive mobility assessments, fitted wheelchairs, and the practical support they need to grow in confidence and independence.
What your gift can provide:
- £30 becomes £60 to support two mobility assessments for children with disabilities.
- £55 turns to £110 to provide a robust wheelchair for a child, helping them go to school and play with friends.
- £250 multiplies to £500 to support a skilled technician assembling and fitting mobility appliances for three months.
Thank you for giving a Christmas gift that goes twice as far.
